Fire up the grill! Schwank revolutionizes home grilling by heating overhead at temperatures up to 1500°F. This unit includes carrying handles, a lift handle to adjust the grill grate up and down and a gas knob and battery operated igniter to fire it up in seconds. Uses Schwank burner technology, the same heating technology used by the world's best steakhouses to grill the best steak you've ever tasted and is proudly Made in USA.
OUTDOOR ONLY
This grill is certified for outdoor use only. Never attempt to use this appliance indoors.
GAS TYPE
Propane and Natural Gas Models CANNOT be converted. You must select the gas type you prefer before purchasing the grill.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION (NG Model Only):
This appliance is designed to operate at a pressure of 7 inches of water column (7” wc). Check the pressure of your NG supply before installation. Performance may be affected if gas pressure falls below 6 inches of water column (6”wc).
Shipping & Returns
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact support@omnihomeappliance.com with the subject line: Return or Exchange - (Your order #) and we will assist you in the process of returning or exchanging your item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days of when we receive the product.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card statement again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@omnihomeappliance.com.

To return your product, contact support@omnihomeappliance.com. Your product will be shipped to: Schwank Outdoor Products Inc., 2 Schwank Way, Waynesboro GA 30830, United States Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Warranty
Customers must have original packaging in order to claim warranty on the product. Without the original packaging your unit may damage upon return and could void your warranty. To return your product, contact support@omnihomeappliance.com we will provide you with additional instructions on how to ship your product and claim your warranty. You may be asked to provide additional information and supporting documents or images.
