Shipping policy

Order Confirmation:

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that we have successfully received your order and pre-authorized your payment. We will promptly contact our suppliers to verify that your item is in stock and ready for shipment. If your item is backordered or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and notify you via email. If your item is available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the payment and prepare your order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and payment is processed, we will ship your order within five business days. You will receive tracking information via email within 24 hours after your order leaves our warehouse. If you do not receive tracking information within six business days, please contact us at support@omnihomeappliance.com.

Shipping Restrictions:

We currently ship only within the United States. Some exceptions may apply, particularly for specific products available for shipping to Canada, as indicated at checkout.

Changing Address:

If your order has been processed or shipped and you need to change your shipping address, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that address changes may result in delays. Any additional charges incurred due to the change will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Times:

All shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. We work closely with our vendors to ensure prompt shipping. If you decide to cancel your order due to shipping delays, you will be responsible for all associated shipping charges and fees. Customers filing chargebacks due to shipping delays may face legal consequences.

Inspection Upon Delivery:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect both the exterior and interior for damages. You must report any damages to the delivery driver before signing for the package. If the package appears damaged, contact us immediately at support@omnihomeappliance.com.

Signing for the package without inspection signifies that you accept it in good condition. If damages are not reported upon delivery, we cannot file an insurance claim with the shipping company. If parts of your order arrive damaged, we will arrange for replacements based on availability.

Shipping Options:

We offer free curbside pickup shipping, which typically takes 5-15 days from the date of order. Other shipping options include:

Threshold Shipping: Delivery to your porch or a sheltered area.
White Glove Delivery: Includes delivery to your chosen room, minor assembly, and removal of packaging.
